1 Introduction :
1.1 We are offering you the opportunity to collect up to 15% back in UCount Rewards points when you spend R400 or more at our Participating Rewards Retailer – Clicks (“Offer“).

1.2 This offer starts at 00:00 on Friday, 16 September 2016 and ends at 23:59 on Saturday, 15 October 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
2 Who Qualifies For This Offer :
You qualify for this Offer if you meet all of the following criteria :
2.1 you are 18 years or older;
2.2 you permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa;
2.3 you have received a communication from us about this Offer; and
2.4 you are an existing member of Standard Bank’s UCount Rewards programme (“UCount Rewards”) whose account is in Good Standing (as defined in the UCount Rewards terms and conditions);
3 How To Accept The Offer :
3.1 spend R400 or more at Clicks using your Standard Bank personal Credit, Cheque, and/or Debit card during the Promotion Period and collect up to 15% back in UCount Rewards points.
3.2 Subject to clause 3.1, the maximum UCount rewards points that may be earned by you under this Offer, is capped at 10 000 UCount Rewards points.
4 General :
4.1 We are the promoter of this Offer. Any reference to we/us/our includes our directors, members, partners, sponsors, agents or consultants, where the context allows for it.
4.2 By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by:
4.2.1 these terms and conditions;
4.2.2 the UCount terms and conditions; and
4.2.3 any supplier terms and conditions (if applicable).
4.3 These terms and conditions shall apply to this Offer and all other information relating to this promotion and on any promotional or advertising material that is published.
4.4 The Offer will be credited to your UCount Rewards account by no later than 31 October 2016.
