How do I earn Smart Shopper points online?
Sign up for Pick n Pay Online shopping using your Smart Shopper card, and you’ll automatically earn Smart Shopper points on all qualifying products and purchases.

How do I check my Smart Shopper points balance?
You can update some of your details on our website or via our mobile app for Android or iPhone at Kiosk, online and at the till. Additionally, you can contact the Smart Shopper Customer Care Line on 0860 30 30 30.

Can I register with someone else’s Smart Shopper card?
Unfortunately not. The card and associated ID or passport number must belong to the person being registered. You cannot register someone else’s card against your profile, and only one Smart Shopper card per profile is currently permitted.’

How do I switch my Smart Shopper points to rand value on my Smart Shopper card?
Open up the Smart Shopper block on the right-hand side of the screen, and click on the option to switch points to rands on your card. You’ll also be able to switch points to partners or donate your points to charity.

Can I use my Smart Shopper personal discounts online?
Yes, please make sure you have linked your smart shopper card to your online profile and your smart shopper card is registered

** Being a registered member of the Smart Shopper Program signifies your agreement to the below Terms and Conditions as accepted on registration.
** Pick n Pay Retailers Pty Ltd (“PnP”) reserves the right to alter or change these Terms and Conditions or to terminate it at any point without prior notification.
** In the event of termination, your Smart Shopper points will remain valid for 30 (thirty) days from the termination date. Cash rewards held on your customer account will not be affected.
** By providing your personal information to us, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Statement which forms part of our agreement with you.
** In the event you wish to exit from the of the Smart Shopper Program or mange your preferences, please contact our Smart Shopper Team by emailing customercare@pnp.co.za , logon to your Smart Shopper profile, or contacting the PnP Customer Care Line, at 0860 303030.
** Any abuse of or fraudulent activity using the PnP Smart Shopper card constitutes a criminal offence and PnP reserves the right to cancel such person’s membership and withhold all their Smart Shopper points. PnP will also inform the appropriate authorities in this regard.
** PnP does not issue Smart Shopper Cards to minors under the age of 18 (eighteen). PnP, its organisers, promoters, partners and agencies do not bear any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, accident, and death or asset damage howsoever arising from inclusion or participation in the Smart Shopper Program.
** PnP accepts no responsibility for the theft or loss of your Smart Shopper card and/or Smart Shopper points. It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep your Smart Shopper card and your online Smart Shopper profile’s username and password safe and secure.
