Amazon provides up-to-date tracking information within Your Orders. You can access the tracking by selecting the “Track Package” button. Amazon Free Delivery Terms and Conditions
** FREE Delivery is available for items shipped by Amazon, with a minimum spend of R500.
** If the overall value of your order is below the minimum spend, normal delivery costs will apply.
** FREE Delivery applies to items that are shipped directly from Amazon.co.za and items Fulfilled by Amazon.
** If you add non-eligible items to your Shopping Basket, you may be charged for delivery.
** The minimum spend for a FREE Delivery is calculated based on the gross price of a product.
** FREE Delivery does not always apply to items sold and shipped by marketplace sellers. Delivery costs may apply in these cases. For more information, go to the Ordering from a Marketplace Seller Help page.
** Orders sent to multiple delivery addresses, must meet the minimum spend value to each address.
** Buy Now orders may be subject to delivery costs, as orders can be automatically split into several shipments. To qualify for FREE Delivery, we recommend placing your order using Add to Basket. Select Group my items into as few deliveries as possible to consolidate any split shipments.
Amazon Undeliverable Packages
If your package shows as undeliverable, we will take care of the return and refund where applicable. If you still want to purchase the returned items, you must place a new order. We recommend you update your existing address, or add a new one.
A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:
1. Incorrect address:
** If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package can be returned to us by the carrier, or by the recipient.
** Check the address carefully when placing your order, and update if necessary.
** You can also try shipping to a different, or new, address.
2. Incorrect address format:
Our system may assign a carrier that can’t deliver to the incorrectly formatted address.
3. Failed delivery attempts:
** Most of our carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver your package.
** If they can’t successfully deliver after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to us.
4. Refused by gift recipient:
** If your gift recipient believes the package is being mistakenly delivered to them, they may refuse a delivery.
** In this case, we’ll refund you and notify you by email.
** If you place a new gift order, you can alert your recipient about a surprise on the way.
5. Illegible address:
** In rare cases address labels may become illegible in transit.
** If this happens, the carrier will return the package to us.
6. Damaged in transit:
If a package is damaged while on its way to you, the carrier may return it without attempting delivery.
