How To Track Amazon Order Status in South Africa?

Amazon Missing Tracking Information
Orders sent from marketplace sellers may not be trackable. If you can’t find any tracking information, visit the Missing Tracking Information Help page.

Here are reasons why tracking information may not be available:
** A delay in updates to the tracking database.
** Some packages, such as those from marketplace sellers, aren’t trackable. Sellers don’t always provide Amazon with tracking information.
The estimated delivery date for your package may pass and your tracking information may not change. Allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. It usually arrives on, or shortly after, the estimated delivery date.
Amazon Delivery Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Warranty Conditions:
** To ensure the warranty guarantee, a successful debit must be made from your specified payment method (debit or credit card) before the agreed delivery date specified on the product page is possible.
** The payment warranty does not apply with payment by credit card if the debit from the specified credit card account was not successful before the expiry of the stated timeframe on the product page.
** If the priority delivery option is no longer available for any reason during the order process (for example because the time window just passed or the availability of an item changed), then the delivery guarantee is void.
** With deliveries made to a home address, the delivery agent generally requires a signature on delivery. The delivery guarantee is fulfilled with the first attempted delivery even if the compulsory signature recipient was not reached.
** If delivery is made to a Pickup Point, the delivery guarantee is fulfilled upon the shipment’s arrival at the pickup point. You will be informed of this by SMS or email.
** Please note that the availability of an item initially relates to the order of a copy. So it can be the case that with orders made where several copies of an item are requested not all of the items will have the same delivery speed.
** Claims for damages beyond refund of delivery costs are excluded.
Fine Print:
** Shipping with a delivery guarantee is only possible with items on the product page or order summary page where there is a note about delivery options. The delivery guarantee for priority delivery is excluded for all other items.
** Shipping with a delivery guarantee is possible only until the specified deadline.
** Shipping with a delivery guarantee cannot be made to post office boxes.
** The delivery guarantee cannot be provided if circumstances or events arise due to force majeure or another reason outside the control of Amazon.co.za.
** Amazon.co.za reserves the right to amend or suspend the delivery guarantee or the service itself at any time.
