How To Track Plants Direct Package?

Steps:
Step-1 : Go to: https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track to track your package.
Step-2 : Enter Tracking Reference (or) Waybill Number
Step-3 : Click On Track Button
Note:
Delivery takes between 2-5 work days and in some cases longer depending on the capacity of the courier. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and you will be able to track it until it arrives.

Returns Policy:
** We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
** To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
