What happens when a product is missing when I receive my order?
Please email us on incoming@readerswarehouse.co.za. One of our helpful Customer Service agents will be able to assist you immediately.
Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?
It’s not possible to add or remove items from an order once you’ve received your payment confirmation email. Items can be returned to us after your order has been delivered by following our return process, as long as your order falls within our Return Policy. If you’d like to buy additional items you can place a new order.
Can I redeem a Gift Voucher I’ve purchased at one of your retail stores?
No, unfortunately if you purchase a gift card on our online website you cannot redeem it instore and visa versa.

When Will an Item I want be back in stock?
** All out of stock items will be replenished as soon as more stock is available to us.
