Shipping Cost:
We offer FREE insured courier delivery through one our trusted partners, The Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers. Free delivery for the next 24hrs ONLY!
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time:
** Delivery takes 3-7 working days to anywhere in South Africa.
** Once your order is placed, it will then go into processing on the next available working day. Processing takes 3-5 working days.
** Once complete, your order will be handed over to the couriers whereby they will issue us with your tracking number for delivery.
** Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you supplied with us when placing your order.
** Please note that working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Change of Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at our CHAT support helpdesk on the store.
Wrong Address:
Remember, if you give us the wrong address and you are not there, the product will be stored in our store again. You will have to bear the full shipping cost for giving the wrong address.
Parcels Damaged in Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our CHAT support helpdesk.
Scentora South Africa Refund Policy
** We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
** To be eligible for a return, your item must be in exactly the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.
** You will be liable for all shipping costs that may arise, caused by the shipping of the requested item back to the warehouse.
** To start a return, you can contact support Helpdesk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
** Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
** We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
** If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
** You can always contact us for any return question on the Customer Support Helpdesk by clicking the Chat icon on the bottom right of the online store.
** Please note that their will be a cancellation fee for all orders placed which are then cancelled afterwards for whatever reason. Cancellation fee will be based on the order amount.
