How To Track PV Power Order Status?
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

To track PV Power order status, Follow the below steps
Step-1 : Go to the link https://www.pvpower.co.za/track-order-status/
Step-2 : Enter the Order ID and Billing Email
Step-3 : Click on Track button.
PV Power Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is required after payment has been made then an email to the specified sales team will be required by the consumer which should entail:
** Reason for cancellation.
** Consumer banking details.
** A cancellation time frame of 48 hours will fall into place once an order has been placed.
** If the order is cancelled after the 48 hour time frame a 5% penalty will be incurred for the processing of the specified order.
** If the order is cancelled within the given time period then no penalty will be incurred.
PV Power Shipping Policy
** All orders are shipped by PvPower.co.za on behalf of the customer at the customers instruction.
** Orders are shipped with The Courier Guy courier OR our own vehicles depending on delivery location
** PvPower PTY Ltd does ship internationally, please contact us for more information
** It is the the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered during checkout to ensure the package reaches its intended destination.
** All orders shipped by PvPower PTY Ltd are exclusive of insurance – unless Optional Insurance charge is selected during checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain insurance for the shipment if not taking our optional insurance for shipping.
** Optional Insurance is offered as an add on service to your clients but at an extra charge.
** An order will be considered completed by PvPower PTY Ltd once it has left our premises via shipping company or collected by the customer.
** PvPower PTY Ltd will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may be incurred during transit via theft, looting, hijacking, fire, mishandling, negligence, acts of God, or any other cause that is out of our control [force majeure] all subject to our insurance policy cover when optional insurance is selected.
** Solar Panels can be shipped via The Courier Guy, however it is at the risk of the customer, we will not be held liable for any damages caused by The Courier Guy.
** Each solar panels is tested and inspected before they leave our premises and are checked for any visible damages.
** Customer may send their own courier to collect solar panels, we will not be held liable for any damages caused by the courier company
** Please note, It is not the responsibility of PvPower PTY Ltd to secure the stock on any courier companies vehicle as well as customer vehicles.
** Please ensure you bring sufficient strapping equipment to secure the stock on the vehicle.
PV Power Returns Policy
** If a product is returned then a thorough inspection will be carried out by the sales and technical department, if there are clear signs of the goods being tampered, warranty will be void.
** Products such as our inverters will be refunded or replaced provided that the product was not removed from the box and found that it has not been used and resealed in box.
** We do reserve the right to send the item back to the supplier for assessment to determine if it has or has not been used.
** The warranty seals for specific products will be checked, if a warranty seal has been removed then all policies will be void.
** No OBF policy will be tolerated if a product has been open and used or installed. We will look at special situations for replacements.
** Upon return serial numbers of the box and inverter must match with our specific product numbers and invoice number in order to deduce where the product has been sold by us. All invoices from PvPower have serial numbers printed on them.
** If the item is requested for an exchange then if deemed fit we will provide the options.
** Upon accepted return from PvPower.co.za we will pass a credit or refund only once the item has been sent back to supplier for verification that all is in order on the item.
