Are prices on Delivast the same as in-store?
All the prices you see on our platform are set by the retailer. Because of this, some prices are slightly higher than in-store prices. We try to ensure that in-store pricing matches the pricing on Delivast. Please note that you will receive ALL physical receipts from the Delivast driver/shopper, from the store(s) where your items were bought. This receipt will reflect the correct pricing of the items purchased. The prices may slightly differ from the prices listed on Delivast as a result of retailer data or recent price changes in-store.
What is the Service Fee?
This fee goes towards Delivast’s operating costs such as maintaining the Delivast platform, paying the dedicated Delivast Shopper, taxes, processing payments and to pay the Customer Service team for their expertise and continuous work to improve the service we offer you.
The Service Fee is for Delivast to be able to offer you a personal shopper to handle your shopping for you so that you don’t have to. Our personal-shopper team works closely with your favourite stores to provide you with the widest possible selection of grocery items, fresh produce, quality supplies for your home and family – all on one, easy-to-use platform.
After you’ve placed your order, trained shoppers are there every step of the way to ensure that you are receiving the high quality service you deserve. They ensure your items are in good condition with suitable expiration dates, packed properly and delivered within the time slot you want.
