Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver in Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria. We plan to deliver across South Africa, one city/town at a time. To check if we deliver in your area, just go to the Delivast homepage and type in your postal code or address. If we are not available in your area, don’t worry, as we will soon be there!
What is the order process?
Step 1. Visit www.delivast.co.za and enter your address to view the stores available in your area and start shopping.
Step 2. Choose a store, start adding as many products to your cart as you need. Switch between stores and continue shopping as if you were shopping at a mall by category or aisle and store. Except you are doing it from the comfort of your home/office using your phone/computer/tablet.
Step 3. Click on your cart and follow the checkout process. Super easy!
Step 4. At checkout, you may select a Delivery OR Collection time slot. You may place orders up to seven days in advance, though most customers choose to have their order delivered within 2 hours OR on the same day OR the next day.
Step 5. Complete your payment securely, using a credit/debit card OR Gift Voucher Code OR Delivast E-Wallet. Your order has now been received and will be delivered/collected at your selected time and day.
What happens once I check out and complete my payment on Delivast?
Email confirmation of order received :
Once you complete your order online and finalise payment, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received with a breakdown of what you ordered, and from which store(s).
SMS/App notifications of order processing & delivery :
You will receive SMS and/or web/app notifications notifying you when: 1. The Shopper/Driver is on their way. 2. The Shopper/Driver is 5 minutes away. 3. The Shopper/Driver has arrived. When the Driver/Shopper has arrived, you will receive your items and actual store receipts.
Email summary :
Once the Driver or Shopper has completed your order, you will receive an email which is a summary of your order, which includes all items that were supplied as per your order, out of stock or substituted and a confirmation of how much was deducted for extras/substitutes, or what was refunded due to items not available.
