How To Enter in the Kyron Agri Sheep Scab Competition?
To enter the Kyron Agri Sheep Scab Competition:
** Entrants must scan the Competition QR code (standard data rates apply when entering online).
** Entrants must enter from a mobile number that is RICA-compliant, registered in their own name, and owned by themselves.
** No entrant may use another person’s mobile number for the purpose of entering the Competition. Any entrant who uses a phone other than their own for entry purposes may have their entry disqualified at the sole discretion of Kyron.
** Customers may enter multiple times. Each qualifying Kyron product purchased during the Competition period validates an entry into the Competition.
** Entrants must retain proof of purchase, as the winner will be required to present this proof to claim the prize (Prize). If the winner cannot verify all their entries, they will be disqualified, and a substitute winner will be drawn.

The Prize consists of one (1) brand-new Samsung Galaxy A26 5G smartphone, with an estimated retail value of R4 999. Please note that the actual colour may differ from that shown in competition or advertising materials.
Terms of Kyron Agri Sheep Scab Competition
** Kyron will arrange delivery of the Prize with the winner. The winner will be required to sign an indemnity form, in addition to agreeing to the Terms, during the handover process.
** The Competition is only valid within South African borders. Entrants must be in South Africa when they enter the Competition, during the verification process, and when Kyron delivers the Prize, if declared a winner. Failing this, the entry will be disqualified and a replacement winner will be drawn.
** Kyron will notify the winner by telephone and email, using the contact details provided upon entry, and will announce the winner on Kyron’s social media platforms (Facebook and TikTok).
** In the event that the winner is disqualified in terms of the Terms, **a substitute winner will be drawn.
** The Prize does not include data, airtime, accessories, insurance, or servicing of the smartphone. All risk and responsibility for the device transfers to the winner upon physical delivery of the Prize.
** The winner may be required to provide valid identification and contact details necessary for delivery or handover of the smartphone.
** Once the Prize has been delivered to the winner, the winner assumes full responsibility for the smartphone, including any loss, damage, or insurance requirements related to the device.
** Kyron makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, in relation to the Prize and shall not be held responsible for any manufacturing defects or warranty claims. Any applicable manufacturer warranty remains the responsibility of the prize supplier.
** Any taxes, levies, or additional costs incurred as a result of accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
** Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or fraudulently enter the Competition will result in disqualification. Kyron reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if any fraudulent or dishonest behaviour is suspected.
** Kyron reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or engages in conduct deemed fraudulent, misleading, or damaging to the integrity of the Competition.
** Kyron shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or cancellation of the Competition caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or acts of government.
** Kyron is not liable for any subsequent incidents involving the Prize or the Competition, including but not limited to defects, damages, accidents, theft, injuries, or death.
** The Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or for any other goods or services.
** The Competition and its entry requirements are subject to stock availability. Kyron is not responsible for potential stock shortages during the Competition.
** Stock is supplied to retailers based on their order preferences and quantities during the Competition period.
** The Competition is only open to South African citizens with a valid South African ID or passport, or legal residents with proof of residency, aged 18 or older, and in possession of a valid South African driver’s licence.
