As a Trading Operator, you will be responsible for :
** Ensuring that all obligations arising from the contract/charter party are carried out, and that any necessary requirements are compiled with.

** Deal with cargo and freight counter-parties, terminals and vessels on a regular basis regarding all post-deal activities ensuring all necessary operational information is passed on in good time and documentary requirements are met.

** Make cargo and vessel nominations, prepare and send voyage orders and monitor progress of vessels.
** Appoint independent inspectors, expeditors and ships agents.

** Shell Lubricants is building a further highly professional, customer-focused organization where the aggressive plans in B2B see OEM approvals and activation deals playing a key role in the business growth 2018 strategy.

** The Regional OEM Manager for China, as part of the global marketing team, has to help accelerate the gaining of new approvals, to manage and exploit relationships with Specifying OEMs in the global focus industrial sectors in China, to facilitate monetizing approvals with new business gain.

** Establish strong relationships and key product approvals with the key Specifying OEMs in global focus sectors in China according to the global priority list.

** Gain new approvals with top priority selected S-OEMs within China and to handle any possible necessary re-approval due to portfolio or formulation revisions.
** Goal to achieve at least 50 new approvals per year from selected impactful S-OEMs in the priority sectors.

** Work with the rest of the Regional OEM team to cooperatively assign geographies and/or sector focal areas to ensure most effective effort
** Ensure that the Specifying OEM relationship is exploited globally working through other OEM Managers

** Deliver marketing programs to the specifying OEMs
** Work with other cluster technical and contractor resources to ensure that fit-for-purpose contact is managed with different tiers of the specifying OEMs

** Build Technical Intimacy and Partnership with selected list of 1st-tier SOEMs with a plan to generate new business through these OEMs in agreement by local sales/BDM teams
** Communicate S-OEM product approvals effectively through the organization in order to feed business growth and to activate the potential aftermarket

** Work closely with Global Product Management and Technology staff in order to define our R&D planning aligned with SOEMs future trends
** To provide necessary information to feed and update OEM e-handbook as well as any other internal service tool.
