How to Shop MAC Cosmetics Online :

Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the instructions below :
Step One :
** Type in the quantity of product you wish to purchase (up to four [4] of any single item) in the quantity box.
Step Two :
** Click the “Add to Bag” icon to place the product selected in your shopping bag.
** If there are multiple products on the same page that you wish to place into your shopping bag, you may enter the desired quantities for each product and then click “Add to Bag” once to place them all in your bag.

Step Three :
** When you’ve completed shopping, click the “Checkout” button found on each page.
** Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout prior to clicking on Submit Order.
** After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed confirming that your order was received.
** An email confirming receipt of your order will also be sent shortly after your order was submitted.
** If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 0800 39 00 13 for assistance.
** Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process.
** Please note that you may change your shopping bag contents during checkout prior to clicking on Continue with Checkout.

Maximum Purchase Policy :
** We regret that we must limit orders to no more than four (4) units of any item with a maximum purchase of R5000 per customer.
