UCT Scouts Entrance Scholarship 2017 :
Requirements :
** Active scouts to apply for the Scholarship and provide a letter of recommendation from the Scout troop leader.

** Selection will be based on best school leaving achievement of an active scout that has proven financial need.
The applicant must :
** Be a South African citizen
** 1st year of study in 2017
** Preference to financially needy students that applied for UCT Financial Aid
** Be an active member of Scouts South Africa
** Provide a letter of recommendation from your Troup letter detailing you level of participation and achievement in the Scouts

** Attach a letter of recommendation from your Troop leader detailing you level of participation and achievement in the Scouts.
** In addition provide a letter outlining your experiences and lessons learnt as a Scout.
** If your application is successful, the letter will be forwarded to the donor.
** NSC results will also be considered in the selection process.
