** Similan is launching a competition.
** This competition is valid for 2 months running from 1 March 2017 to 30 April 2017.
** The prize will be awarded based on a decision made by the Similan marketing team.

** Entries are open to the public and agents can also nominate entrants.
** The competition is only open to South African homeowners, living in Nelspruit, Baberton, Witrivier, Hazyview and Malelane.
These entrants should have the following :
** A valid RSA identification document; and
** Are able to provide the necessary FICA supporting documentation as required by law.
** The Nespresso coffee machine prize value of R3000 is made up by the cost of the machine and delivery to the winner.
** The image used in advertising is of a Nespresso machine currently selling at that price, however it might happen that the actual machine might differ slightly to that of the image used in advertising.
** This will only happen if the price of the machine and the delivery thereof exceed the value of R3000 at the time of the announcement.
** No purchase is necessary to receive the goods prizes.
** During the contest period, you may be required to provide your personal details, such as Name, Surname and Email address.
** Similan administrator’s decision is final and will be based on a panel decision.
** The goods prize is set and CANNOT be exchanged for cash.
** The prizes are not transferable or refundable. Similan retains the right to publicise the winners’ names and photos across all marketing material and on Facebook.
** No employees or direct family members of employees (such as brother, sister, mother, father, child, husband, wife) may enter the competition.
** Similan management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
** Similan accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Competition. Late entries cannot be taken into account after the closing date due to technical difficulties with the uploading of images or completion of entry.
** The winners’ names will be made available after the announcement.
** Entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions by entering the Competition.
