Junior Process Auditor :
** A brand new, exciting and challenging position as a Junior Process Auditor has very recently become available at a PE client based in Durban.

** The role offers great career prospects and growth opportunities for a young ambitious Process/ Management Consultant with a financial inclination.
** In this operationally critical Junior Process Auditor position you will be required to assist the Process Executive with building a new Process and Auditing Division that will operate within the portfolio companies of the said PE company.
** The ideal candidate will perform tasks efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
** The division will be responsible for process documentation and implementation within the companies, process improvements, and auditing of critical processes
** Due diligence on business requirements analysis for products processes, procedures and systems
** Identify business process improvements
** Aid in business process communications to key stakeholders
** Coaching, training and mentoring individuals and teams
** Contribute to the development of training manuals and material
** Maintaining healthy relationships with business stakeholders
** Compliance with good governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
** Analysing and optimising end to end business processes that are signed off by the business
** Documenting business process requirements through research
** Aid in designing new and existing business processes according to traditional design principles’ and methodology
** Assist in creating and implementing a process auditing system for the portfolio companies
** Ensure that business risk is identified and mitigated during business process development
Qualifications :
** BSc Engineering/ B.Com
** Auditing/ accounting experience is preferable
** Quality systems experience is advantageous (SABS, ISO)
** Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
** Knowledge of Kaizan tools; value stream mapping; project management
