Instructions for track by tracking number :
** Create a new e-mail message. In the “To:” area, type track AT fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line.)
** In the body of the message enter the shipment tracking number. To track multiple shipments/orders, you can enter up to 30 tracking/order numbers (one per line or separated by a comma).
** Send the e-mail.

** Create a new e-mail message. In the “To:” area, type track AT fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line.)
** In the body of the message enter “account” followed by a space and your FedEx account number. Only one account number is allowed per e-mail.
** Enter your reference number (ex. 123ABC). You can enter up to 30 reference numbers at one time (one per line or separated by a comma).
Example 1 (one per line) :
