The Waldorf School Raffle Competition 2017 :
1. This Competition (“the Competition”) is conducted by The Waldorf School (hereinafter referred to as “The Waldorf School”) and may be entered into by anyone.

2. No persons who are members of the Parents’ Committee of The Waldorf School and its marketing service provider(s) utilised in connection with this Competition, may enter into the Competition to win one of the main prizes. They may, however, send an SMS as a donation.
3. These Rules may be amended by reasonable notification via The Waldorf School’s website .thewaldorfschool.co.za at any time during the Competition, and will be applied and interpreted by The Waldorf School and its decision regarding any disputes relating to such meaning and/or content will be final and binding.
4. Participation by the entrants in the Competition constitutes an agreement to abide by these Rules.
5. The Competition starts on 21 June 2017 and ends at 12:00 on 8 August 2017.
6. The Winner will be randomly selected by means of a lucky draw from the database of entries. The independent judges’ decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
7. The prizes in The Waldorf School Raffle are as follows :
7.1. 2 x prizes of two nights, bed and breakfast, in a family room for two adults and two children (under the age of 16) at the 4-star Bushveld Terrace Hotel at the Phalaborwa gate of the Kruger National Park. Travel to and from the Hotel, any other meals, beverages or activities are excluded and will be for the account of the winners.
7.2. One night’s accommodation for two people in The Suite at Rosemary Hill Farm on a weekday including a gourmet picnic dinner and breakfast the next morning valued at R2000. Travel to and from the Farm, any other meals, beverages or activities are excluded and will be for the account of the winners.
7.3. A High Tea for 6 guests to the value of R1300 at Rosemary Hill Farm.
7.4. 1 x Guess handbag to the value of R1000 (sponsored by Transformation Coaching Academy).
7.5. A gourmet picnic for 4 guests to the value of R700 at Rosemary Hill Farm.
7.6. An Acrobranch treetop adventure for a family of 4 to the value of R700.
7.7. 1 x Lego Box set – Nexo Knights King Mech to the value of R550 (sponsored by Transformation Coaching Academy).
7.8. Plants and compost from the Rosemary Hill Farm nursery to the value of R500.
7.9. 1 x Star Wars Poe Dameron Lego Building Figure to the value of R450 (sponsored by Transformation Coaching Academy).
7.10. 3 x Lyra Groove Slim, 36-piece colour pencils and sharpener to the value of R170 each (sponsored by Transformation Coaching Academy).
7.11. Freshly baked sweets and treats hamper to the value of R150 from Rosemary Hill Farm.
7.12. 2 x R150 Makro vouchers (sponsored by Makro Silverlakes).
7.13. Transformation Coaching Academy is also sponsoring 3 x R1000 cash prizes for the learners from The Waldorf School who sell the most raffle tickets.
8. Redeeming of the prizes are subject to availability and must be booked through the relevant sponsors’ reservations channels. The accommodation prizes exclude other meals than stated, drinks, activities, transport and/or transfers and such items will be quoted for and billed additionally. Respective standard terms and conditions and payment policies apply.
9. To enter, entrants must :
9.1 Send an SMS with a code and their name and surname to 40375 at R20/SMS.
9.2 Every learner in the school will receive a unique code which will identify the learner’s total ‘tickets’ sold.
9.3. Other codes will be issued from different media channels and is used to identify from where the entry originated.
9.4 The code used has no bearing on the probability to win a prize. It is simply used to identify the origin of the entry.
10. The winners of the prizes will be randomly drawn on 9 August. The winners will be announced during the School assembly on 11 August. Winners will be notified by telephone by no later than 11 August 2017.
11. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and, to the maximum extent permitted in law, The Waldorf School and its associated entities are not liable for any defects in the prizes.
