** By entering this competition, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions which will govern the competition.

** Furthermore, you verify that you are unaware of any reason legally prohibiting you from entering this competition and, if anything else requires consent, that you have the necessary consent and authority to do so, if required. Any entrant who contravenes these rules may be disqualified from the competition.
** The Promoters of this competition are Bayside Mall and Mustard Seed Relationship Marketing CC.
How To Enter The Competition
1) Register and receive your Brag Tag at the promoters’ station in the Checkers court, and
2) Tap your Brag Tag at one of the digital kiosks in the Checkers court or the Vida E court to record your visit to the mall.
3) One tap equals one entry in the #shopthegoodlife competition.
4) You may tap as many times as you wish, but entries will be limited to one tap per day.
5) One tag per customer and you may not tap on another person’s behalf
Prize
** There will be 8 winners in total. Draw will take place on the following dates, 23 February 2018, 12 March 2018,27 March 2018,11 April 2018,26 April 2018,11 May 2018,28 May 2018,15 June 2018
** The prize is R10 000 in shopping vouchers. The winner will be required to provide proof of identity.
** The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions not mentioned hereunder, but in accordance with relevant South African legislation. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any unforeseen reason.
** The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
Terms & Conditions
** You may only participate in this competition if you are a citizen and resident of South Africa or a legal foreign national residing in South Africa, 18 years of age or older, and in possession of a valid identity document or passport. If participants are of a foreign national, valid Visa is required.
** The competition will run from 15 January 2018 – 15 June 2018. No late entries will be accepted.
** The Promoters will try to contact the winner each day for seven days following the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not return messages within that time period or chooses to decline the prize, then their prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn as soon as
possible.
** The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
** Brag Tag loyalty rewards for frequent shoppers will be awarded on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 50th ,100th and additional milestones will be rewarded. These rewards may include one of the following: free parking, coffee vouchers, branded gifts or shopping vouchers. Shoppers may not choose which rewards to receive.
** Participants in this competition hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless the Promoters and their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders from and against any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses or any costs howsoever arising out of their participation in this competition or their use of the prizes, and/or any person with whom they share that prize.
** You may not enter the competition if you are a director, member, partner, employee, tenant (or employee of the tenant), agent or consultant to the Promoter, or any marketing service provider or any person who directly or indirectly controls, or is controlled by, the promoter or supplies goods or services in connection with this competition, or their respective spouses, life partners, family members (parents, siblings or children), business partners or associates.
