La RosaLeda Wedding Competition
** La RosaLeda, or the rose garden, situated just off the Horns Nek Pass Road which cuts through the picturesque and much loved Magaliesberg mountain range just North of Pretoria, is an owner-managed venue that caters for idyllic weddings, executive corporate conferences and functions, birthday parties, christenings and much more.

Who Can Enter
** To enter the competition you must be 18 years old or older on the date of entering the competition.
** Entrants must have paid their booking fee and furnish the promoter with a signed and initialled copy of the competition as well as La RosaLeda Wedding Venue’s Contract, like and share the facebook page for La RosaLeda Wedding Venue at .facebook.com/LaRosaLedaWeddingVenue
** The competition is only open to entrants who have finalised their booking and have furnished La RosaLeda Wedding Venue with the requirements specified in clause 6 above. (only open for new bookings made from 15 January 2018 – 30 April 2018)
** The documentation referred to in clause 6 above, must be emailed to roseley AT larosaleda.co.za on or before the competition’s closing date.
Receipt of individual entries will not be acknowledged.
** Directors and/or members and/or agents and/or sponsors and/or promoters and/or consultants to promoters and/or employees and/or family members of any of the sponsors companies are not eligible to enter or even claim the sponsored prizes.
** La RosaLeda Wedding Venue’s external auditors/attorney will oversee the competition.
Competition Period
** Entry to the competition will commence on Monday 15th January 2018 and close at midnight on Monday 30th April 2018.
** Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
** The winning couple will be announced on Wednesday 2nd May 2018 on La RosaLeda Wedding Venue’s facebook page. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Venue Prize Includes
** Use of chapel and reception hall (until 24h00), 3-course meal (as per our menue), DJ, all crockery, cutlery, linen, tables, chairs, overlays, runners, available décor items from our storeroom, decorating of function hall (as discussed), cash bar with barman, waiters, clean bathrooms, cleaners, save parking, generator.
** The sponsored prize is not transferable neither can it be exchanged for cash.
** The winning couple must get married on the original date booked in order to redeem the sponsored prize.
** The winning couple will be responsible for the difference in cost of any goods/services which exceed the cost of the sponsored prize. No discounts will be negotiated.
** The sponsored prize are subject to the terms and conditions of La RosaLeda Wedding Venue. Entrants are therefore required to view such terms and conditions which may be viewed on La RosaLeda’s website.
** Any violation, attempt and/or suspicion to violate any of these rules will result in the immediate disqualification on the entrants.
Terms And Conditions
** These Terms and Conditions apply to La RosaLeda Wedding Venue’s “Win a Wedding” Competition.
** The prize sponsored are designed around certain goods and services required for a wedding to be hosted at La RosaLeda Wedding Venue during the period of 3rd May 2018 until 22nd December 2018.
** The number of guests is a minimum of 80 but limited to 100.
** The winning couple will also be notified telephonically on the telephone numbers provided to La RosaLeda Wedding Venue. If the winning couple cannot be contacted on the telephone numbers provided, within 3 (three) days, the prize will be forfeited and a new couple selected.
** The winning couple agrees to have their photo taken, which may be used together with their full names by La RosaLeda Wedding Venue for advertising and promotional purposes, without the obligation to notify or reimburse the winning couple.
** The wedding must take place at La RosaLeda Wedding Venue and no change of wedding venue will be considered.
** At the end of the competition all of La RosaLeda Wedding Venue’s obligations with regard to the competition as well as with regard to the prize shall cease to exist.
** These terms and conditions are severable and are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
