Some Important Information From Comments

Comments:
1. I was a student at this programme called advance academy, started in July 2020 and completed my course in July 2021, until the SRD 350 grant opened for registration, it declined me because I am UIF registered, that’s when I went to labour to check and yes indeed there was a certain amount of UIF I am getting it shows from advance and the name of the company I am working at, so that’s when I asked my facilitator how come I am registered as an employee while I am only a student? He didn’t answer me we ended up arguing. Later, he called for a meeting and they gave us UI-19 documents to claim at labour, when I go to labour the guy told me the documents was incorrect, so he gave the correct company’s contacts. So which means (advance academy) registered me under the wrong company, then I called that company asking for the UI-19 documents and they couldn’t issue me with one as I haven’t worked in their company.

2. I received an e-mail after I send an e-mail to customer care. The told me that, the claim was send to head office in Pretoria. I lost my wife. She was with other teachers from Graaff Reinet to Gqebera to fetch laptops.
