MySchool & Engen Valentine’s Day Promotion
1. The MySchool & Engen Valentine’s Day Promotion (“the promotion”) is operated by Virtual Market Place (Pty) Ltd (Reg No:: 1997/016316/07) (“MySchool”) of Atlantic House, 16 Corporation Street, Cape Town, 8001.

Who Can Enter
2. The promotion is open to all cardholders over age of 18 years who are in lawful possession of a MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card or linked Woolworths card and swipes at identified participating Engen – QuickShop or Woolworths Foodstop.
3. Swipe your MySchool card/Woolworths Linked card at the identified participating Engen – QuickShop or Woolworths Foodstop during the month of February 2018 and you could win a R1 000 Engen Fuel card for yourself and R1 000 towards a participating school that is close to your heart. The Engen Fuel card is subject to additional terms in paragraph 16 below.
4. The winner will be selected by means of a lucky draw. The promotion is open to MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet supporters using a Blue MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet or Woolworths linked card.
5. The promotion shall not be open to MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet and Woolworths employees or their family members, including the employees and family members of the MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet advertising and promotional agencies and distributors.
6. In order to be entered into the promotion, the MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card holders are required to swipe their MySchool card/Woolworths linked cards at the identified participating Engen – QuickShop or Woolworths Foodstop during the promotional period

7. The promotion commences on 1 February 2018 and shall close on 28 February 2018.
General Terms & Conditions
8. Multiple entries are permitted and the prize is limited to one winner per identified participating Engen- QuickShop or Woolworths Foodstop.
9. The judges’ decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet will witness a fair, random selection process and the judges’ decision shall be final. One winner from each participating Engen – QuickShop or Woolworths Foodstop will be selected. This will be certified by an independent admitted attorney.
11. The prizes is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
12. In the event that the winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, within 72 hours, MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet reserves the right to disqualify the winner from the promotion and to draw another winner in his stead.
13. By participating in the promotion, the winners agree to release and hold MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet harmless against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

16. The Engen Fuel Gift Card is subject to the following terms and conditions :
(a) the gift card is exchangeable for fuel and any other product sold at the Engen Quickstops or Woolworths Foodshop indicated in paragraph 16 above;
(b) the gift card is not redeemable for cash;
(c) the gift card cannot be reloaded;
(d) the gift card may only be used at the Engen Durban RD Foodstop; and
(e) the gift card is valid for 6 (six) months.
17. Any reference to MySchool in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to include a reference to Woolworths Pty Ltd, Woolworths Financial Services Pty Ltd and any of their holdings, associated, affiliated companies and subsidiaries.
