Terms & Conditions
** The competition is run by The Ritz Hotel (Ritz Hotel Management Company, RHMC)
** The promotion isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook in any way.
** Only one entry per person.
** The winner must be based within Cape Town CBD and surrounding areas including Northern Suburbs and the Southern Suburbs. Prize excludes travel costs.
** Competition closes 12 Feb 2018 and winner will be announced on 12 Feb 2018 . The winner will be announced on 12 February and contacted via e-mail.
** The Ritz/ Top of the Ritz competition (the “Competition”) is open to residents of Cape Town CBD and surrounding areas including northern suburbs and southern suburbs, and must be aged 18 and over.
** The Competition is promoted by The Ritz hotel.
** Employees of the Promoters, their immediate family members, or anyone else connected with the Competition may not enter the Competition.
** By participating in the Competition, you agree to all the Competition terms and conditions set out herein, without exception.
Entering the Competition:
** The Entrant must enter the Competition during the competition period, being 30 January – 12 February 2018 (“Competition Period”);
** The Entrant may only enter the Competition once
** Promotional material may include, but is not limited to, e-mail communications;
** Only Entrants subscribed to promotional material from the Promoters will be considered for the prize. If the Entrant unsubscribes to any promotional material prior to the announcement of the winner, he or she will no longer be eligible for the prize.
** The winner will be chosen randomly by lucky draw and announced on 12 Feb 2018.
** The judge’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
Prize Terms & Conditions
** The winner will be contacted by the Promoters via e-mail (address used to enter the Competition).
** If a winner cannot be contacted after two attempts, the Promoters reserve the right to draw a replacement winner.
** Failure to comply will disqualify the entrant from winning, and a new winner will be picked.
** The winner will be announced on The Ritz social media platforms, and contacted via e-mail.
** The winner agrees that the Promoters may publish his or her name on marketing platforms, including their websites, newsletters and social media accounts. The Promoters may request the winner to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes, but the winner may decline such an invitation.
** Redemption of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner and is subject to availability at the hotel and Top of The Ritz restaurant.
** The winner must provide the promoter with his or her dietary requirements no more than a month after accepting the prize.
** The prize must be utilised on 14 Feb 2018.
** The prize is strictly non-transferrable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced or refunded.
** In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel the Competition, change the rules at their sole discretion, or change the number or nature of any of the prizes at any time without notice to entrants.
Prize includes: dinner for two adults at CASA Restaurant at The Ritz hotel in Sea Point, includes a four-course set menu and a bottle of French rose, Whispering Angel. Excludes any other beverages, extras and gratuity for your own account.
