Datsun Financial Solutions Notice :
** All prices include VAT. This is a limited offer on the Datsun GO+. Based on a cost of R144 900 and a total cost of R 216 162. Monthly installment and total cost of credit include Bank Initiation fees of R 1 197 incl. VAT and a monthly service fee of R 68, but excludes mandatory insurance. Interest rates are linked to prime (currently 10.25%) and accordingly are subject to change in the event that prime changes.

** Finance is subject to approval from Datsun Financial Solutions, a product of WesBANK, a division on the FirstRand Bank Ltd, an authorised financial services and credit provider, NCRCP20. Offer valid from the 15th January to 31st March 2018, or while stock last.

Insurance Terms & Conditions

NO Underwriting Criteria :
** All customers qualify
** Smart Box is COMPULSORY – No Insurance policy will remain active without the fitment of the Smart – Box. The fitment must be done within 14 days of inception

Excess :
** The BASIC EXCESS is R5500
** This is for damage to the insured’s own vehicle (accident, theft or hi-jack) and 3rd party claims

Excess is 20% of the claim with a minimum of R500 for the following:
** Windscreen
** Specified non-standard accessories
** Sound system
** Excess is R350 for key and lock claims

Additional Excesses* of 10% of a claim with a minimum of R5500 for incidents:
** where no 3rd party vehicle is involves or if the insured claims in the first 12 months of the start of policy
** where the Oakhurst Smart-Box is not fitted or fully functional (theft or hi-jack claims will not be covered)

** as a result of a claim occurring between 10pm and 4am or failure to report an incident to the South African Police Service within 24hours of the incident occurring, when possible within reason
** *These excesses are cumulative (i.e. added together)

We will never apply the additional excess when:
** The insured’s vehicle is rear-ended by another vehicle (i.e. another vehicle drives into the back of the insured’s vehicle)
** The insured’s vehicle is legally parked and then hit by another vehicle
** The insured’s vehicle is recovered after being stolen and there is damage to the insured’s vehicle which falls within our policy conditions for a valid claim

Important notice :
** Whenever another vehicle is involved, the insured needs to give us details of the third/ other party and vehicle for these excess waivers to apply.
** The insured’s excess is not subject to VAT
** The basic excess is REDUCED after every claim free year the client is insured with Oakhurst.

** In case of accident or breakdown, clients receive a range of roadside emergency benefits including towing, transport to a place of safety and flat battery, flat tyre and fuel assistance .
