Wanderers Gauteng Cricket Board Photo Competition
** This Promotional Offer (the “Promotion”) is organised by the Gauteng Cricket Board (Proprietary) Limited (the “Promoter”)

Who Can Enter
** The Promotion is open to participants who are over the age of 18 (eighteen) years. Any person who is under the age of 18 (eighteen) years (“a minor”) must obtain their parent or legal guardian’s consent, in order to enter and qualify as a participant for the Promotion (together referred to as “Participants/Entrants”).
** By taking part in the Promotion, all Participants, including a parent or legal guardian of a minor participant, agree to be bound by these rules as interpreted by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.
** The Promoter reserves the right at any time without notice to amend, modify, or change these rules, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Promotion and any discounts (which have not yet been subject to redemption), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.
Promotion Period
** The Promotion commences on 19 January 2018 and ends on 4 April 2018, both days inclusive (“the Duration”).
How To Enter
** If a consumer comments on one of the ‘Photo Competition’ posts on the bizhub Highveld Lions Facebook page with an image of themselves at the Bidvest Wanderers Stadium, they could stand a chance to win 2 tickets to any international fixture at the Bidvest Wanderes Stadium for the 2017/2018 cricket season, regardless of the post’s respective prize. This is at the Promotor’s discretion.
** The number of prizes rewarded is at the discretion of the Promotor.
** The prize(s) are to be redeemed from the GCB ticket office (Bidvest Wanderers Stadium, Corlett Drive, Sandton 2196) during business hours (08h30 – 16h00)
** Offer excludes gratuities or incidental charges
** Prize winner(s) will be contacted by a representative of the GCB through Facebook.
** No liability shall attach to the Promoter in relation to any claims, losses or liabilities for any loss of profit or any other direct and/or indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of any of the promotional offers.
** Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of the Promotional Offer rules, the Promoter’s decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
General Terms & Conditions
** All Participants, as the case may be, indemnify the Promoter, it’s advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, partners, suppliers and sponsors identified by the trademarks owned by or licensed to The Gauteng Cricket Board, their affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this Promotional Offer (including, as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of the Promoter and/or use of the discounts on offer).
** The Promoter may require the participants to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement and indemnification to enable the Promoter to ensure compliance with these Rules and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Should any participant refuse or be unable to comply with this rule for any reason, such a participant will be deemed to have rejected the offer and it shall revert back to the Promoter.
** The Promoter may require the participants to be identified, photographed and published in printed media, or to appear on radio and television, when accepting their prize of free tickets or after having received their prize of free tickets.
** The Promoter may also use the uploaded images in whole or in part, and any reproductions thereof, worldwide for advertising, promotion, publicity or otherwise on any website for any media purpose and for any other lawful purpose whatsoever. The participants will be given the opportunity to decline to the publication of their images and to participate in the Promoter’s marketing material in so far as it relates to the Promotion.
** By participating in the Promotion, the Participants agree that The Gauteng Cricket Board may contact the participants via email and through social media platforms to deliver marketing communications regarding their products and promotional activities, provided that the Participants are given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communication at any time via the appropriate opt-out mechanisms provided by the Promoter for such purpose.
** By posting any content, experiences, images on any social media platform, in relation to this promotion, it’s product and its associated promotional activities, Participants consent and give the Promoter a world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license, to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish any content posted and/or submitted by a Participant on a social media site, for the purposes of promoting the products and services of the Promoter.
** The Promotor reserves the right to remove any posts on the bizhub Highveld Lions Facebook page if deemed to be inappropriate in the sole discretion of the Promotor.
