Debit Order Verification Competition Terms & Conditions :

** This prize draw is organised and promoted by Afrihost (Pty) Ltd,
** This competition runs from 15 August 2016 – 15 October 2016.

** This competition is open to all Afrihost customers who pay for their Afrihost products via debit order and who are over the age of 18.

** New customers need to sign up for any Afrihost product and verify their Debit Order details before (or on) 15 October 2016 to be eligible.
** Employees of Afrihost, their family members, subsidiaries, any affiliated company, anyone otherwise associated with the prize draw and their family members, or any agent are not eligible to enter.

** By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
** All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
** The winner will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in taking advantage of their prize.

** If the winner is chosen and there are noted irregularities (i.e. the email address or person does not exist, is not delivered to a person, or is forwarded to a person with a different identity, etc.) the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.

** Any entries received after the closing date or time will be invalid.
** Afrihost accepts no responsibility for any errors of any other kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of an entry, or for delayed or lost entries.
** If we cannot get ahold of any prize winner, we reserve the right to pick another.

** All entries will be examined and the prize shall be awarded to the winner selected at random by Afrihost from all eligible participants who have correctly entered the prize draw in accordance with entry instructions.

** No correspondence will be entered into.
** The winners will be notified via email or phone call, and the prizes will be issued as soon as possible.

** The prizes are 1x iPad Air 2 (16GB Wi-Fi & Mobile), 5x 1GB FREE Mobile Data for 1 year (3 for Sep & 2 for Oct) and, 10x 1GB FREE Mobile Data for 6 months (5 for Sep & 5 for Oct).
** Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are not transferrable.

** Afrihost reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of like value at any time and for any reason.
** The prize may itself be subject to certain terms and conditions, including for example, Apple’s terms and conditions. The winner is solely responsible for complying with such terms and conditions.

** Details of the winners will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped addressed envelope (Afrihost, PO Box 5116, Rivonia, Johannesburg, 2128) within six weeks.
** Afrihost reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion at any time and will endeavour to give you advance notice of any such change or withdrawal.

** However, in some cases, advance notice may not be possible.
** Participants accept that if they breach these rules they will be disqualified and their prizes will be revoked even if the prize has been issued prior to discovering breach of terms.

** Under no circumstances will Afrihost (or its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies) be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion or the prize.
