Ster-Kinekor Catching Feelings Competition
Competition Rules :
** By entering this Competition and/or accepting any prize, all participants, entrants and/ or winners agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below applicable to this Competition (Rules).
** Copies of these Rules are available online at .sterkinekor.com (Website).
** You may not participate in this Competition if you do not agree to be bound by the Rules and if you enter this Competition or participate further in this Competition, doing so will be confirmation that you agree to these Rules.
** Ster-Kinekor Theatres a division of Primedia Proprietary Limited and/or its agencies (collectively, the Organisers) may in their sole discretion amend these Rules at any time, without notice, and such amendment(s) shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised Rules on the Website.
Competition’s Promoter
1.1 The Competition’s promoter is Ster-Kinekor Theatres a division of Primedia Proprietary Limited, a company with limited liability incorporated in accordance with the company laws of the Republic of South Africa (registration number 2005/044403/07).
Competition Period
2.1. The Competition will commence on 01 February 2018 and will end on 28 February 2018 (Competition Period).
2.2. No entries will be permitted after 23h59 on 28 February 2018.
2.3. No entries received after the Competition closes will be considered and any entries received after this date will be rejected automatically.
Eligible Entrants
3.1. In order to be eligible for participation in this Competition, an entrant must:
3.1.1. be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older on the date that you enter;
3.1.2. be an SK Club member
3.1.3. swipe an SK Club card for two movies or more from 1 February to 28 February 2018
3.1.4. be willing to provide the Organisers with their personal information including, but not limited to, full name/s and surname, age, physical residential address and mobile telephone number;
3.1.5. be in possession of a valid South African identity document OR valid passport;
3.1.6. be a citizen or permanent resident currently living in South Africa or a foreigner legally residing in South Africa;
3.1.7. be in possession of a mobile cellular phone with a number duly registered in the name of the entrant, or the entrant’s legal guardian as the case may be; and
3.1.8. undertake to abide by these Rules.
3.2. Each entrant represents and warrants that by entering in or participating in this Competition, he/she has full eligibility to do so. The Organisers reserve the right to request proof that entrants have met any or all of these eligibility requirements.
How To Participate
4.1.1. To enter the Competition, and stand a chance of winning any of the prizes, eligible entrants will be required to:
4.1.1. Swipe your SK club card when you book to watch two(2) or more movies from 01 February 2018 to 28 February 2018. Bookings can be made through SST. Web, app or mobi.
4.2. This competition applies to Cine Prestige, D-Box, Cinema Nouveau, IMAX & Commercial cinemas.
4.3. Eligible entrants stand a chance of winning the following prize:
4.3.1. Double movie tickets to the pre-screening of Catching Feelings at one of four selected SK cinemas; Mall of Africa, Promenade, Gateway Commercial or Sterland with complimentary soda and popcorn.
Winners
5.1. A random draw will take place at the offices of Ster-Kinekor Proprietary Limited located at on 1 March 2018, after the Competition Period has closed.
5.2. Winners will be notified by phone on 11:00 on 01 March 2018.
5.3. will receive confirmation that they have won a prize via e-mail and by phone (providing a contact number has been provided) within eight days of the competition being finished.
5.4. Should a winner not redeem their prize within 4 (four) days of receiving notification thereof, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner may be selected in their place.
5.5. The results of the competition will be audited by the Organiser’s independent accountant, registered auditor, attorney or advocate.
