State Bank Register For Internet Banking

Individual and corporate customer can avail the following facilities by using Bank’s internet banking facility

Retail Internet Banking (RINB)

** Retail Internet Banking (RINB) facility is provided to individuals on submission of Retail Internet Banking form at the time of opening new Savings Bank / Current account with the Bank. Customers are provided with login User ID and Password for accessing Bank’s internet banking website .onlinesbiglobal.com.

** First 9 digits of the account is User ID for internet banking (eg. 326123456 is user ID for account no. 32612345610101). Customers should change the password immediately after first login to the website. They must keep their password secret, and should not share it with anybody.

** Existing customers of the Bank can avail the facility by submitting the Retail Internet Banking form at the branch.

** If you use a wrong password for login more than 3 times, your internet banking account will be locked. The account will be un-locked by the branch only on verifying credentials like identity details, registered cell no, email ID etc. of the customer.

** In case you have forgotten the password, you can get a new password from your nearest branch by submitting Internet Banking Password Reset form along with proof of identity like copy of Passport/ South African ID.

Corporate Internet Banking (CINB)

** Corporate Internet Banking (CINB) facility is provided to corporate customers on submission of Corporate Internet Banking form at the time of opening new Current account with the Bank. Corporate customers are provided with Corporate ID, User ID and Password for accessing Bank’s internet banking website .onlinesbiglobal.com.

** First 9 digits of the account is Corporate ID for internet banking (eg. 326123456 is Corporate ID for account no. 32612345620101). Customers should change their User ID and Password immediately after first login to the website. They must keep their password secret, and should not share it with anybody.

** Existing corporate customers of the Bank can avail the facility by submitting the Corporate Internet Banking form at the branch.

** If you use a wrong password for login more than 3 times, your internet banking account will be locked. The account will be un-locked by the branch only on verifying credentials like identity details, registered cell no, email ID etc. of the customer.

Internet Banking Facilities

Facilities through Internet Banking :
Individual and corporate customer can avail the following facilities by using Bank’s internet banking facility :
Account Enquiry :
** Customers can enquire balance of all their accounts maintained at the branch.

Transaction history :
** Customers can view last 10 transactions in their accounts (Mini statement) and also download statement of the account for last 6 months.

Funds transfer within SBI :
** Customers can transfer funds to their own accounts or to third party having account with SBI by using ’ ‘option available at internet banking site. There is no limit for transfer of funds in accounts within SBI.

Funds transfer to accounts at other banks in RSA :
** Customers can transfer funds to accounts at other banks in RSA by using EFT / RTGS facility at nominal service fee. Presently, maximum limit of EFT for retail customers is ZAR 25,000 per day.

** The maximum limit of ZAR 5 mio per day under EFT / RTGS for corporate customer

Opening of Term Deposit Accounts (e-TDR) :
** Retail customers can open Term Deposit Accounts (e-TDR) by using internet banking facility. The facility is available under the option ‘Services’ at Bank’s internet banking site. Customers can also choose various options for proceeds of Term Deposit amount on maturity – Credit the principal and interest amount in SB account, Renew the principal amount and credit the interest in SB account, Renew the Term deposit with principal and interest amount.
