Customer Relations Management Manager :
Minimum Requirements :
** Relevant Degree
** Relevant experience in a similar environment

Salary : R353 808 to R459 252 per annum (plus benefits)
Core Responsibilities :
** Implement Strategic Capability and Leadership in order to manage a functional unit within a division that is accountable for the delivery of set objectives within specified time frames and costs
** Implement Operational Processes in order to deal effectively with all levels of external enterprises, with a strong emphasis on key Business Executive Management
** Maintain Governance and Risk to ensure that no accidents of non-compliance result and risks are appropriately mitigated
** Manage and implement Financial Processes to ensure the effective use of finances and curtail costs in the department
** Customer Service and People Management to meet service delivery objectives in the department
