Minimum Requirements :
** B. Degree in Civil Engineering
** Professional Registration (Pr.Eng)/Registered with ECSA
** Valid Driver’s Licence

** 6 Years’ Experience in Similar Environment of which 3 years in Management

Division : Operations
Salary : R459 252 – R596 124 per annum (plus benefits)

Core Responsibilities :
** Develop operational targets in support of tactical delivery plans and organisational strategic objectives in partnership with divisional leadership

** Manage the administrative function to meet predetermined requirements and organisational demand
** Implement, plan and drive overall engineering management plans within area of accountability
** Provide overall technical and engineering direction and management of the Water and Sanitation depots

** Implement risk management, governance and compliance policy and processes to manage and identify governance and risk expose liability
** Manage the capital and operational budgets for operation and maintenance for depot in order to prevent financial losses

** Deliver on service level agreements that are aligned with the Batho Pele principles, monitor feedback and ensure continued customer satisfaction
** Provide effective and efficient management and apply a good work ethic in order to maintain a high level of productivity
