This competition is operated by Nestlé (South Africa) (Proprietary) Limited (Nestlé) in conjunction with Vetro Media (the Promoters).

Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.

Eligibility

By participating in this Competition, Participants agree to the rules set out below :
** This Competition is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.

In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition :
** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.
** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.

** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above.
** Persons under the age of 18 years.

Competition Duration

** The Competition shall commence on 19th November 2018 and will end on 24th December 2018.
** No entries received after 24th December 2018 will be considered.

Mechanics

To participate in this Competition, Participants are required to purchase any 2 of the below participating products :
** Nestlé Sweetened
** Nestlé Caramel treat
** Nestle Strawberry flavoured Caramel treat
** Nestle Cappuccino flavoured Caramel treat
** Nestlé Mint flavoured caramel treat
** Nestlé Ideal evaporate milk
** Nestlé Ideal evaporated medium fat milk
** Nestlé Cooking & Dessert cream – 290g ONLY

** To enter the Participants are required purchase any 2 participating products and to upload a clearly legible picture of their till slip via WhatsApp to 076 5117 939.

** Once the till slip has been uploaded, the system reads the till slip by checking for Nestle Culinary Milks products purchased and the quantities.
** The automated system will approve all valid uploads.

** If the automated system cannot validate it, the entry will go for manual validation which will take up to 48hrs.
** It is essential that the participating product be bought within the Competition period. Network Data Charges apply.

The Prize

** Participants in this Competition stand a chance to win 1 of 6 Kitchenaid Mixers weekly and a share of 3 x R10 000 cash prizes.
** Winners will be determined by random draws that will be conducted at the Nestlé Offices.

The draws for the Kitchenaid Mixers will be held over the following weeks :
** 1st Draw – The week of the 26st November 2018
** 2nd Draw – The week of the 03rd December 2018
** 3rd Draw – The week of the 10th December 2018
** 4th Draw – The week of the 17th December 2018
** 5th & 6th Draw – The week of the 07th January 2019
** The draw for the 3 x R10 000 cash prizes will be held on the week of the 07th January 2019

How to claim your prize

A. 1 of 6 Kitchenaid Mixers :
** At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call from a representative of the Promoters at which point he/she may be required to answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility as well as be requested to submit certain documents such as a copy of his/her ID and/or driver’s license and their physically address for the delivery of their prize to the Promoters representative.

B. 3 x R10 000 Cash Prize :
** At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call from a representative of the Promoters at which point he/she may be required to answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility as well as be requested to submit certain documents such as a copy of his/her ID and/or driver’s license and proof of their banking details for the payment of their cash prize to the Promoters representative.
