You represent and warrant that you :

** There is no expiry date on the given coins and the coins can be sold on the SAFCOIN exchange at any time the winner wishes to do so.

** SAFCOINS are not directly changeable for cash, but can be kept, sold on the SAFCOIN exchange, sent to friends or family or utilized to purchase goods or services using SAFCOIN platforms in the future.

** By entering, a Participant acknowledges that personal information about the Participant will be shared with the Promoters and their agents to the extent necessary to conduct the Competition and for prizes to be delivered to prize winners.
