How to Claim RCS Insurance

Customer Protection Insurance :
** To give you peace of mind, Customer Protection Insurance is automatically included when you get an RCS Card or an RCS Loan.

Accidental Death Insurance :
** We offer Accidental Death Insurance as an additional option with the RCS Card.

Motor and Home Cover :
** RCS can get quotes for you in under 7 minutes, with no obligation from your side to take the insurance.

Claim Insurance

Steps to follow :
** Complete the relevant claim form for each type of claim
** Attach the required documents (as detailed below)
** Send the relevant documents to RCS, either by email or via fax (021 597 4725).
** Once we have received your claim documents, it will take 2 -3 weeks for us to assess your claim and provide a response.

Unnatural Death :
