How To Check RCS Balance & Download Statements?

It’s always important to know how much credit you have available. Your RCS account helps you gauge how much you need to be paying towards your card and it gives you an indication of what you can still afford to buy.

Here are a few ways you can check your balance :
** From your mobile phone
** To check your balance on your mobile phone, simply dial *120*727* followed by your 19-digit card number and then the # (Here’s an example: *120*727*1234567891234567891#).
** It only costs 20c.
** Don’t forget to save this number to your phone in case you need to check your balance again.

** Make sure that you notify RCS if your personal details and cell phone number change.
** Your statements
** Your statement is sent to you every month.
** If you don’t receive these, you may need to update your details.

** For electronic statements, simply give us your email address and we’ll send them to you.
** Online statements will soon be available.
** My statement and my SMS don’t match
** Your statement is a snap shot at a particular time in the month whereas an SMS is a real-time confirmation of your account status.

** In other words, if you made subsequent payments or purchases after your statement was posted your statement would be outdated.
** We do our best to provide you with all the information you need.

Additional Generic Procedure

There are a few ways to check your RCS balance online. You can:
** Log in to your RCS Self-Service account.You can create a Self-Service account on the RCS website. Once you have created an account, you can log in and check your balance.
** Use the RCS mobile app. The RCS mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices. You can download the app and log in to check your balance.
** Dial 120*727*card number#. You can dial this number from your mobile phone to check your balance. There is a charge of 20 cents per SMS.
** Call the RCS call centre. You can call the RCS call centre on 0861 729 727 and ask to check your balance.

Here are the steps on how to check your RCS balance online using the Self-Service portal:
1. Go to the RCS website: https://rcs.co.za/.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab.
3. Enter your ID number or your 19-digit RCS account number.
4. Click on the “Login” button.
5. Click on the “Available Credit” tab.

Your available credit will be displayed on the screen. You can also see your recent transactions and your account statement.

    I have been battling for 3 to get assistance to reset my on-line password, still not done. RCS is known in my town as "10 MINUTES". Because they will phone back in 10 minutes, Which they don't do. A week later, and the cards is still not working.
