1. Bad service ever at Nandos Southgate, they charged me double and told me will get the refund with 24 to 48hrs today it’s day 8 still no refund (or) feedback. I called on yesterday, they told me finance people are on leave for the refund, what a bad service to get the refund.

2. Bad service at Ulundi. I ordered 2 chickens and ate 1 at the restaurant and the other as a takeaway. They sold my chicken to a friend and I had to wait for 15 minutes which I refused. And Jabu, the waiter, gave me an attitude. I ended up wanting my money, then the manager was called. There was a refusal in paying back my money, which they eventually paid.

3. Last night, My husband and I stopped at Nandos fiveways in Empangeni to buy a full chicken and some sides. We decided on takeaways as it was too late to cook and we were both coming from work. To say we were disappointed in the chicken was an understatement!! The chicken looked like it was boiled and then the staff just put sauce over it. It was half cooked and all together horrible. We couldn’t drive back to fiveways as we stay a bit far from there. I was really disappointed as we normally buy NANDOS and I usually enjoy their chicken.

    I would rather go to Gallitos pr Perdros much cheaper and Tastier Chicken,

    Finish n Klaar. Cash Dale 988 Scottsville 20/5/23 .

    Disappointed with the Chicken Steamed blackend and dry and Exorbutant Price R548 for 2 chickens.When i asked for Well done why burn the chicken black.rolls n chips.Charged R20 extra for garlic rolls thinking i had an option over plain rolls comes with full.chicken.Forget a response.

    I bought 2 x full chicken & 4 rolls ,chips at Sctootville R548 on Sat 20/5/23

    The Chicken was like steamed,dry and no kick. Lady despite me saying and her
    repeating Mild ,i was goven Extra Mild.I was asked plain rolls or garlic
    and was charged extra R20 for garlic rolls,Then someone phones me on
    a Sunday from 033 386XXXX and rings off.?? is this a response to my complaint
    Pedros is way cheaper and Tastier.Last time i will support a Nandos.I see too
    that one has to sms 43366 to get a link yo win a R1000 extra costs why?

    Today on the 30 April 2023 at riverside mall l order a special for 57 and l always order from them every time l have to beg them to put extra source what for because l am paying full amount if the cannot be given to us for free the must just name the price, l go to Nandos because l love the source and their food so the must not spoil my meal,the is only one manager on that store who have the best customer service his dark short he wears glasses.l want the sources and l really want it the must just sell it

    I would like to lodge a complaint,I went to buy the chicken quarter meal of R57 today 09/03/2023 at Nando’s Centurion,I waited for 30 minutes on the drive through, when I got my meal I wasn’t impressed the chicken was dry ,small with no lemon n herb and the chips were burnt n also dry

    I didn’t enjoy my meal had to throw away the chips ,I wasn’t happy with the tastes of my meal.

    I would like my money back or be given another fresh mall not happy

    Please improve the service,when I complained they told me that they’re short staffed

    Yesterday I was at Nandos in Ladysmith at Oval centre I was unfairly treated by the Manager who chased away my daughter when she wanted to use the toilet.She told her to use the public toilet while the public toilets were closed.I conftronted the Manager about this and explained that I’ve purchased here and my daughter is with me why she is not allowed to use the toulet and she was rude togerher with one male staff and the other lady called Nolly who is a cashoer they shouted and even told me I’m crazy.I asked the Manager why they didint write on theor notice that if you eant to use the toilet you must be the one who have purchased a meal not someone you are walking eith she even refused to apologize and told me that she will kever do that I must forget .She further said they never saw me buying that meal.The three of them told me to use common sense when I asked them how can we know that if it’s not written because we must be informed about rhe policy.The Manager insisted that she is the Manager amd I can not tell her what to do in her job.They were all rude and I am the customer I dont deserve such treatment.I was humiliated infront of other customers.They were all looking at us.

    I HAVE CALLED NANDOS QUEENSBURGH A LADY TOOK MY ORDER AND WAS RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. I ASKED FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED AT 12 SHE SAID SHE CANT DO DAT SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. SHE PUT ME THRU NANDOS CALL CENTRE AND SPOKE TO LUNGI OR LUNGILE AND SHE WAS VERY WARM NICE AND KIND AND HAVE HELPED ME ORDERED MY FOOD AND SET DEL FOR 12 TODAY. VERY HELPFUL NANDOS CALL CENTRE LUNGI OR LUNGILE I APPRECIATE UR HELP. PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE HARD TO FIND THANK U AND GOD BLESS U

    We visited the Nandos at Cresta Mall on the 11 January 2023(order no 469)cashier Phumzile- we ordered 1 X full chicken with 3 sides, +1.5 lt coke + Agua Caipirinha sharing. Firstly we requested extra butter(to charge for) and the chicken to be well done , 1/2 hot and 1/2 mild, the chicken was not well done and no extra butter, we had to send the chicken back twice, then we had ask the waitron to bring them back to us, they brought them back and did not know which was the hot and which was the mild. They then took them back and just removed the hot sauce from one and brought them back to the table. It was really bad(not Nandos standards), the butter was melted, bearing in mind that this was a eat-in. The Agua Caipirinha was like water bearing in mind that we had it at other outlets like Newmarket/Bela Bela and it tasted great. Please address this just as Nandos keeps increasing their prices, It seems like there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE anymore!!!!! Staff are more interested in talking with colleagues than paying attention to customers

    29 April 2022 I ordered 2 Quater chicken both breast 1 with spicy rice and the other 1 with nandos Salad
    I asked for a extra sauce there was no extra sauce and chicken was very dry
    Their mild I’ve never seen that mild in my life
    That mild was horrible it seems like it was mixed with water
    Worst part Mild is favorite sauce at Nandos

    Worst experience at Nandos ever . I am someone who orders nandos atleast once a month. On the 11 of March, I went to Nandos at the Phoenix plaza with my 6 year old son. I ordered a chicken strips and spicy rice. I hadn’t even gotten through half my meal when I felt something poke into my tooth. When I took it out, It looked like a glass piece. I did not want to eat the meal as I was put off so I told the waiter I don’t want the meal, I’m being understanding as it’s late at night but I don’t want another meal but I want a refund for my food. She had called a manager n I explained what happened. All the manager said was he will make another meal for me. I told him I was already put off and all he said was he is sorry and he walked away. I walked out of that restaurant with no meal, no refund and definitely no joy. It was pathetic service and I have a good mind off suing them as I could have been hurt badly and all the manager said was, he is sorry. Who in their right mind would want another meal at Nandos when they had an experience like that. The poorest customer experience I have ever received. I’m completely appalled by this.

    I was at Nandos kzn ladysmith branch oval store, today at at 13:05. I was badly threated by one of your staff member by the name of Thando Mabaso, and I reported the matter to the shift supervisor by the name of Maradona of which he showed that he is unable to sort the matter. I requested a glass of water from the waiter and she promised to bring. Only to find out that she was not willing to assist me with it. She was only passing me and give me a nusty look. I waited for 25 minutes and ask for assistance from the supervisor and reported the matter. When the supervisor comes back with the feedback, I was very upset because he told me that he don’t know what say but he can see that the lady have the problem with me. She was not even willing to apologize. Please assist me to sort this out.

    Good day,
    We ordered on the 29 October 2021 at 18:18 two Pita’s online for delivery.We received our food at 19:35 and it’s sad to say, but it was not your standard kind of food.The chicken was extremely dry and burned, and there was almost no tomato’s or cucumber or even a sauce.We always enjoyed your food, but this was unacceptable as we were not able to eat it.Pease be so kind and respond to my letter.
