The Engine Exchange Process:
With the Remanufactured Engine Exchange Program, replacement engines are drawn from stock and delivered immediately throughout South Africa. Customers in South Africa’s major centres can receive engines within 24 hours.
Requesting a Quotation:
To request a quotation please complete the Quotation Request form on our website and we will get back to promptly.
A quotation will be emailed to you along with a follow up phone call shortly thereafter to confirm receipt of the quote and answer any question you might have.
Supplementary Information will be sent with the quote detailing the solution that Remtec offers.

Placing an Order:
Please send an email or call our Customer Service Centre or your Account Manager to place an order
Invoicing & Deposit:
An invoice will be generated and emailed the person responsible for the payment. Full payment is required before the engine is dispatched. Please email confirmation of the payment
Courier & Delivery:
Remtec shall arrange for the courier and pay all courier costs. This should take 24 to 48 hours to get to the desired destination
Installation Instructions & Warranty Booklet:
Please open the crate carefully. A warranty booklet will be supplied with the engine. This booklet will provide the installation procedures to be followed.

Returning The Old Engine:

Please assemble the old engine being certain to drain all oil and liquids and tie it down in the crate supplied. We request that this be done within 10 days of receiving the new engine

Once the exchange engine is boxed in the original crate, please contact us and we shall arrange with a courier for it to be collected and returned to Remtec. These courier costs will paid by Remtec
