How To Track CIPC Transactions Status?

To track the progress of the following e-service transactions, sign in with your customer code and password, and click on Transaction Status :

Steps:

** Go to the CIPC e-services website.
** Sign in with your user name and customer code
** Select Transaction Status

To track the progress of any other documents, follow these steps :

** Go to Online Transacting
** Select Customers
** Select Document Status
** Sign in with your Customer Code and Password to view the status of your applications
** To check the tracking number, go to “Customer Transactions” under “Customers”.

How To Reset Password?

Customers can reset their passwords electronically if the cell phone number and email address on their customer code profile are correct.

Reset Password:
** To reset your password, visit the website https://www.bizportal.gov.za
** Click on Login on top of the page, and then on Reset Password.
** Type your ID number and click on Continue.
** An OTP will be send to your email and cell number. Provide the OTP and reset your password.

Kindly note that the same password is used to log into E-services, New E-services and Bizportal.

Additional Simplified Procedure

Here are the steps on how to track CIPC transactions status online:
1. Go to the CIPC website on https://eservices.cipc.co.za/.
2. Click on the “Log in” button.
3. If you do not have an account, click on the “Create an account” button.
4. Enter your personal information, including your name, surname, date of birth, and contact details.
5. Enter your South African ID number or passport number.
6. Create a username and password.
7. Click on the “Create account” button.

Once you have logged in to your account, you can track the status of your transactions by following these steps:
1. Click on the “Transaction Status” tab.
2. Enter the transaction ID or reference number.
3. Click on the “Search” button.

You will be presented with the status of your transaction. The status can be one of the following:
** Pending:The transaction is still being processed.
** Accepted: The transaction has been accepted and will be processed soon.
** Rejected: The transaction has been rejected.
** Completed: The transaction has been completed.
