Tiger Brands Mnanti Loyalty Competition :

1. The Mnanti Loyalty Competition is open to 60 pre-selected and profiled homebrewers who t fall within Townships in Gauteng, South Africa except for the employees of Tiger Brands Group of Companies and the respective advertising, media and PR Agencies, as well as the family members, consultants, directors, associates trading partners of such organizations and persons.

2. On agreement of participation in the Mnanti Loyalty Competition each homebrewer will sign a letter of intent detailing the competition mechanic, the proposed tier redemption the homebrewer is aiming for and the their binding agreement to abide by the laid out terms and conditions.

3. The competition commences on the 03rd October 2016 and closes at midnight on the on the 03 January 2017.
4. No entries will be considered post the closing date.

5. All participants must be over the age of 18 years old at the date of entry and will be required to exhibit valid identity documents as proof thereof.
6. To enter the competition and stand a chance to redeem an incentive homebrewers must purchase minimum quantities of 750g Mnanti Beer Powder as laid out in the tiered incentive structure.

7. All selected homebrewers are required to keep the empty 750g Mnanti bags and or valid till slips reflecting the product purchased for verification purposes.
8. Failure to do so can constitute exclusion from claiming the desired incentives.
9. Based on minimum volumes purchased homebrewers are guaranteed to receive collateral against outlined tiered incentives.

10. The Mnanti Loyalty Competition has 3 tiers structured as follows :
1. Tier 1 : Homebrewers are required to purchase a minimum quantity of 160 x Mnanti 750g packs and on verified proof of purchase will receive 3 x 50 Litres branded plastic drums and 10 x 1 Litre branded skali’s.
2. Tier 1 incentive redemptions is valid to the first 25 homebrewers only.

3. Tier 2 : Homebrewers are required to purchase a minimum quantity of 180 x Mnanti 750g packs and on verified proof of purchase will receive 6 x 50 Litres branded plastic drums, 2 x branded aprons and 20 x 1 Litre branded skali’s.
4. Tier 2 incentive redemptions is valid to the first 20 homebrewers only.

5. Tier 3:- Homebrewers are required to purchase a minimum quantity of 200 x Mnanti 750g packs and on verified proof of purchase will receive 9 x 50 Litres branded plastic drums, 3 x branded aprons and 300 x 1 Litre branded skali’s.
6. Tier 3 incentive redemptions is valid to the first 15 homebrewers only.

11. Incentives will be redeemed on a logged miss call basis.
12. Once the homebrewer has reached the desired incentive level they are required to missed call the following number 087 550 7057.
13. The missed call mechanic will notify the homebrewer via a return sms that their call has been received and the date, time and tiered incentive is denoted.

14. On verification the homebrewer will receive the desired incentives based on a first call in basis.
15. Incentives can be redeemed prior to the end of the end date of the campaign in so much as the homebrewers minimum purchase has been verified.
16. Legitimate and verified incentives will be distributed directly to the homebrewer on a monthly basis where applicable but no later than 31st January 2017.

17. Homebrewers may only claim one level of the tiered incentives and no more.
18. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar commercial value in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

19. The homebrewers will be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity before claiming their incentives.
20. All homebrewers in receipt of incentives will be required to provide their names, ID numbers and contact details and to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize.
