Eligibility

** The Promotion is valid only in South Africa and is open to every South African citizen that is aged 18 or over.

** The Promotion is not open to any agencies, sales agents/ merchandisers, production partners, packaging suppliers and their immediate family members (spouses, life partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) or their business partners, or any person who is

(i) a director, member, partner, or agent of, or consultant to the Promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, the Promoter; or
(i) a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Promoter.

Promotion Duration

The promotion will run from the 1 January 2021 10h00 and will end on the 31 March 2021 23h59. No entries received before the 1 January 2021 10h00 or after the 31 March will be accepted.

How to Participate?

** Participants wishing to participate in the Promotion must
i. Have a valid South African ID or Passport.
ii. Must be over the age of 18 years old.

iii. Must agree to sign an artist release form stating the following and agreeing to:
Usage : Photography, Online, AV, Online & Social Media, Brand-Owned Platforms, Self-Promotion and Public Relations

Prize

The participant stands a chance of winning: 1 out of 50 R1 000 cash vouchers

Winner Selection

** The winners will be allocated by random draw by Techsys, Cape Town and Pioneer Foods SASKO Marketing team.
** Winners will receive their prize within 20 days of the promotion end date

** The winners need to agree to and confirm/prove their ability to fulfil the criteria listed under point 9 above within 48 hours of being contacted to qualify.

Terms & Conditions

** The Promoter may decline to award a prize (i.e. refuse to issue a voucher to the Participant) if there is a reasonable suspicion of any irregularities or fraudulent activities.

** The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner without him/her being able to claim compensation, if the Rules were not complied with or unlawful or fraudulent conduct or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, through the manipulation of code or otherwise falsifying data.

** By entering this competition, Participants are given the opportunity to Opt In to allow Pioneer Foods and their respective SASKO Brands to collect, store and use (not share) their personal information for communication, statistical purposes and marketing communication.
