Who Can Participate?
1. The Competition is open to legal residents of South Africa.
2. The competition is open to all SK Clubs and loyalty programs
3. Loyalty members are to book online using their Movie Club card when purchasing a PETER RABBIT 2: THE RUNAWAY movie ticket during the promotion period
Competition Period
The Competition starts on 3 May 2021 and will run until 18 June 2021
How to Participate?
To enter and participate in this competition, entrants must
1. Purchase a PETER RABBIT 2: THE RUNAWAYmovie ticket using your Movie Club movie card at www.sterkinekor.com from 3 May 2021.
2. 3 x Movie Club Member will be chosen and stand to win 1 of 3x PETER RABBIT 2: THE RUNAWAY Merchandise Hamper.
“To the extent that Ster-Kinekor / the promoters collect and processes the participant’s personal information, Ster-Kinekor / promoters warrants that such processing shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the participants written consent”
Terms & Conditions
1. A total of 3 x winners will be chosen randomly on 22 June 2021
2. The judge’s decision is final.
3. Winners agree that their names and Facebook or Twitter profiles may be used and published by Ster-Kinekor Theatres for marketing and promotional purposes in any form of media without restriction.
The winner’s name, image and/or town/city maybe published on the Ster-Kinekor Theatres’ website and other media. Ster-Kinekor Theatres may also require that the winner participate in marketing activities.
The winner has the right to decline participating in any of the above-mentioned activities. If a winner so declines, notice thereof must be submitted to the Ster-Kinekor Theatres in writing.
The winner declining to be mentioned or participate in marketing activities will not affect their eligibility to their prize.
4. Failure by the winner/s to comply with any of these rules or the terms of acceptance of the prizes, or refusal to sign the Ster-Kinekor Theatres winner/s declaration or the Ster-Kinekor Theatres winner/s prize acknowledgement of receipt of prize form, will be construed as a rejection of the prize and, without prejudice to any other remedy which Ster-Kinekor Theatres and its agents may have, the winner will be automatically disqualified and will forfeit the prize.
5. In the event that a winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, Ster-Kinekor Theatres reserves the right to disqualify such winner from the competition and to draw another winner in their place.
6. If the winner is unable to redeem the prize, then the prize will be forfeited without recourse.
7. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless Ster-Kinekor Theatres cannot provide the prize for whatever reason, in which case the prize offered, at the discretion of Ster-Kinekor Theatres, will be of equal monetary value to the initial prize.
The winner agrees to accept the prize as is, at their own risk and any cost associated with the utilization of such prize shall be for the winner’s own account.
