Competition Period

The Competition is open from 15 May 2021 and ends at 12am, midnight on 15 August 2021 (the closing date). Any entries received before 15 May 2021 and after the closing date will not be considered.

Who Can Participate?

The Competition is open to South African citizens only and excludes the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotional agencies, any directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of the Promoter, any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition and the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, parent, child, or sibling, of any of the persons specified aforesaid.

How to Participate?

Steps :
To enter the Competition, entrants are required to Purchase any 2 (TWO) of the NIVEA® Body products

Step 1 : SMS the word ‘NIVEA’ to the number 33124. SMS is charged at R1.50 (one Rand and fifty cents)
Step 2 : Entrant is prompted to upload their till slip to the gamification platform

Step 3 : Entrant scratches the image and stands a chance to win prizes.
Step 4 : Entrants are required to retain the till slip as proof of purchase.

Prizes

1. Entrants stand the chance to win their share of R430 000.00 (Four hundred and thirty thousand Rand) in weekly prizes.

2. All valid entries shall also been entered into the draw for a chance to win 1 (one) of 6 (six) iPhone & Macbook bundles, each to the value of R95,000 (Ninety Five Thousand Rand each), consisting of the following items:

i) 16-inch MacBook Pro 2.3GHz 8-core 9th-gen Intel Core i9 processor 1TB – Space Grey;
ii) AirPods Pro with Wireless Case;
iii) iPhone 12 Pro 512GB Gold;
iv) Logitech Brio Ultra HD Pro Webcam – Black; and
v) Twelve South SuitCase for MacBook Pro 16-inch (“Monthly Prize(s)”).

The 6 (six) Monthly Prizes are collectively valued at R570 000.00 (Five Hundred and Seventy Thousand Rand)

3. Qualifying entrants stand a chance to win 1 (one) of the following weekly prizes
** 1 (One) of 800 (Eight hundred) Takealot vouchers, each to the value of R100.00 (One Hundred Rand);

** 1 (One) of 300 (Three hundred) Takealot vouchers, each to the value of R250.00 (Two Hundred and fifty Rand);
** 1 (One) of 150 (one hundred and fifty) Takealot vouchers, each to the value of R500.00 (Five Hundred Rand);

** 1 (One) of 50 (Fifty) Takealot vouchers, each to the value of at R1000.00 (One Thousand Rand);
** 1 (One) of 60 (Sixty) Takealot vouchers, each to the value of R2500.00 (Two thousand five hundred Rand).

4. These weekly prizes will be randomly allocated for the duration of the Competition. 2 (Two) lucky entrants will each stand a chance of winning 1 (one) Monthly Bundle in the following monthly random draws
i) 31 May 2021; ii) 30 June 2021; and iii) 31 July 2021.

Terms & Conditions

** All eligible winners will be drawn from all the valid entries received.
** The eligible winners will be notified telephonically within 2 (two) weeks of the draw date and they will be required to verify their details, submit the till slip evidencing the purchase of the products as per 8 above and to provide their South African Identity number

** The Promoter will attempt to contact an eligible winner 3 (Three) times over a 72 (Seventy Two) hour period on the cell phone number used to enter.

If an eligible winner cannot be contacted, the chance to win a prize shall be forfeited and a backup eligible winner will be drawn and these same terms and conditions shall apply.

** Eligible winners will have 72 (Seventy Two) hours from the date on which they were contacted by the Promoter, to verify their details, submit the till slip evidencing the purchase of the products as per 8 above, falling which; the chance to win a prize shall be forfeited and a backup eligible winner will be drawn and these same terms and conditions shall apply.

** The prizes are not exchangeable for cash nor transferable, under any circumstances.
** The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or postpone or terminate the Competition immediately without notice.

In the event of such change or termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents or distributors.
