Who Can Participate?

** The promotional competition is open to all South African residents residing in Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga or North West provinces and who are in possession of a valid identity document, passport or document of proof of South African residency.

** Any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members may not enter or participate in the Competition and will automatically be disqualified upon entry.

** All participants must be 18 (Eighteen) years or older and possess a valid South African driver’s license.

Competition Period

This promotional competition is open from 16th August 2021 and ends at 12am (midnight) on 10th October 2021. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

How to Participate?

Steps :
Step 1 : To enter, participants will be required to Purchase any 2 (Two) participating Hinds Spices, as per qualifying list below, from any Checkers or Checkers Hyper branded stores in Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga or North West provinces.

Step 2 : Dial the USSD string *120*885*COMPETITIONCODE# to enter. See till slip for details; OR
Step 3 : Sms the Competition Code on the Competition till slip to the competition sms line 30113.

Note :
** Standard SMS Rates Apply / USSD 20 cents per 20 seconds.
** Participants must keep their till slip as proof of purchase.

Prize

The prize is a chance to win a 2021 Suzuki Swift 1.2GL to the approximate value of R175,350.00 (One Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Rand) (inclusive of VAT) at the time of drafting this document.

Winner Selection

** Winner will be selected by means of a random draw by the 30th of August 2021 and will be notified telephonically where the winner will be required to verify their details.

** The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavor to contact the prize winner once every day for 3 (Three) consecutive working days after their name is drawn.

** If the prize winner cannot be contacted during this period, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the rules.

Terms & Conditions

** Participants may enter as many times as they wish provided that each entry is associated with a separate purchase and unique code.
** The cost of pre-delivery inspection, licensing and registration is included in the cost of the car.
** The cost of the car insurance is the responsibility of the winner.

** The Promoter shall solely determine the specifications and color of the vehicle to be won and the Promoter’s decision is final.
** The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferrable.

** The winner will be required to provide their names, valid driver’s license, ID numbers and contact details and to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the prize.

** The Promoter reserves the right to name winners publicly and any other place where the Promoter deems fit. By entering the competition, prize winners agree to the publication of their name by the Promoter.

** Failure to claim the prize or a refusal or inability to comply herewith these requirements will disqualify the winner and a new winner will be drawn in their place at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

** Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
