1. I shopped online using my TymeBank card, but would like a refund. What do I do?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from and not by TymeBank. Please refer to the retailers’ Refund Policy to see what steps you need to take.
2. How do I get a Proof of Banking letter?
You can now get a Proof of Banking letter sent directly to your email address from Internet Banking and the SmartApp. If you don’t have an email address linked to your account, please add one to your profile by clicking the profile icon and selecting “Change email”.
Using Internet Banking, select your EveryDay account and then “Proof of Account”. It will immediately be sent to your email address. Using the SmartApp, select your EveryDay account and then “Account Information”, followed by “Proof of Bank Account”. It will immediately be sent to your email address.
3. What are the costs and fees associated with an EveryDay Business account?
The EveryDay Business account is an account with no monthly fees, where many day-to-day banking transactions are free and there are low charges for other transactions, so you always know what banking with us is going to cost you.
