1. When will I receive my e-Statement?
Your e-Statement is generated on the first 7th day of the following month under normal circumstances. We’ll notify you via the App and email when it’s ready.

2. Why we don’t provide paper statements?
To be eco-friendly, we only provide e-Statements. You can download them from our app anytime. If you need a paper statement for special reasons, please contact LiveChat Channel.

3. Do I receive a notification for every transaction?
Generally there’ll be a notification for each transaction. You can access to ZA Bank App “Account” > top right “Notifications” to check for transaction details.

If we’re going to charge a handling fee, the amount will be shown in the same transaction without a separate notice.

4. Do I have to pay for e-Statement service?
No, it’s free of charge.

5. Which kind of insurance products are available at ZA Bank App?
You can get ZA Insure’s Life Protection, Cancer Protection and Heart Attack & Stroke Protection via our ZA Bank App. We will update our products and services from time to time, please stay tuned!

7. Can I cancel the policy after my application?
If you are not completely satisfied with your policy, you may request for cancellation within 30 days (Cooling-off period) from the policy issuance date. ZA Insure will process your cancellation request within 10 working days from the day they receive your submission with all paid premiums and levy refunded to you.

Please note that no refund can be made if a claim payment under the policy has been made prior to your request for cancellation. You may visit ZA Bank App (after login, select “More” > “ZA Insure” > “View My Policy”) to submit your cancellation request.
