Jacobs Barista Win R5000 Coffee Hampers Competition 2022 is operated by Jacobs Douwe Egberts ZA (PTY) LTD. This Competition is limited to legal residents and citizens of South Africa. Participants are required to purchase any Jacobs Barista 1kg Packs at any Spar and Pick ‘n Pay stores nationwide and scan the QR code to enter the competition. The Competition shall commence on 1 May 2022 and will end on 30 June 2022.

Eligibility

This Competition is limited to legal residents and/or citizens of South Africa. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition:

** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.
** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above.
** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
** Persons under the age of 18 years.

How To Participate In The Jacobs Barista Coffee Hampers Competition?

To participate in this Jacobs Barista Coffee Hampers Competition, Participants must adhere to the following:

1. QR Code Mechanic:
Participants are required to purchase any Jacobs Barista 1kg Packs at any Spar and Pick ‘n Pay stores nationwide and scan the QR code to enter the competition.

2. Product included in the competition are listed below Product:
** Jacobs Barista Edition – Crema 1kg – 8711000895849
** Jacobs Barista Edition – Espresso 1kg – 8711000895788

3. Participants are required to purchase at least one of the Products defined in 3.c above, scan the QR code on the respective POS material instore and follow the prompts.

4. Participants requires a smart phone and usage of their own data in order to scan QR code.

5. Participants may enter as many times as they wish provided that each entry is associated with a separate purchase over the entire promotional period 1 May 2022 until 30 June 2022 with a unique till slip per purchase and, if Participants purchase any 1 participating Product, scan the QR code and successfully follow the prompts they would be entered into the competition.

6. Participants are required to upload their till slip containing at least one participation Product as proof of purchase to constitute a valid entry, as well as to keep the original till slip.

7. All entries from disqualified participants’ mobile numbers will be rejected.

8. Only one prize per one till slip containing at least one participating Product. If several winning till slips per Participant, only one prize is provided per Participant. The Promoter may reject the Participant if they fail to provide original till slip, confirming the purchasing of the Product.

9. Blocked Participants have an opportunity to call the Competition Call Centre on 072 671 3193 between 09h00 – 16h30 Monday to Friday should there be a valid reason, which is accepted by the Promoter, for the Blocked Participants to be allowed to enter the Competition

a. Le Cresuet Hampers drawn every two weeks, 1 hamper will be given away:
i. 10 May 2022

The Draw:
a. The winner will be drawn via random draw on a weekly basis utilising a CPA approved system.
b. The system is 100% competition approved.
c. The draw is fully automated and works through the system which has been signed off by the competition commission.
d. Jacobs Barista Coffee Hampers Competition entries will only be accepted up until 30 June 2022 at Midnight (00h00). Any entries after this time will not be accepted

How To Claim Your Prize?
a. At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call from a representative of the Promoters at which point he/she may be required to answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility as well as be requested to submit certain documents such as a copy of his/her till slip, to the Promoters representative.

b. The potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/her documents are completed and submitted to the Promotors. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
