How to enter :
1) Catch The Forbes & Fix Show from Monday, 24 October for clues.
2) Correctly guess the number of the Oh Ship cabin that we are giving away.
3) Get your passport ready, because you could be cruising with Fresh, Roger Goode, Speedsta, DJ Capital and a ship load more!
Terms and Conditions :
a. In addition to the standard 5FM Competition Terms and Conditions, the below conditions apply for the Great Oh Ship Cabin Search.
b. The competition takes place from Monday, 24 October to Friday, 28 October 2016 on The Forbes & Fix Show, which airs from 13h00 to 16h00.
c. The competition is only open to entrants 18 years of age or older.
d. Entrants must be in possession of a valid passport.
e. To participate in the competition, contestants must correctly guess the number of the cabin being given away based on a series of clues revealed on The Forbes & Fix Show throughout the competition week.
f. The winner of the cabin will be announced on-air on Friday, 28 October 2016
g. The prize includes :
i. 1 x Outside Cabin for winner and a partner, that includes:
ii. VIP accreditation throughout the Oh Ship event
iii. Port, baggage and service fees
iv. Travel insurance
v. Return flights from a main ACSA airport
vi. Return shuttles from the airport to the port
vii. And a limited allowance
h. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The total prize value is quoted in South African Rands and is based on the recommended retail value of prize components at the time of printing. 5FM and the promoter accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, 5FM and the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification.
To the extent permitted by law:
(a) 5FM and the Promoter make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Prize; and (b) no compensation will be payable if, for any reason, a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
i. 5FM will supply the winners details to the promoter and the promoter will distribute the prizes to the winners and make all prize arrangements and any other applicable legal requirements directly with the winner.
