Can one make an appointment to collect. Staff at Menlyn would not allow us in on Friday, unless we made an online appointment to collect ID. Despite being well aware that online bookings for collection are not available. This contradictory information and inconsistent implementation of protocols compound the frustrations faced by individuals when it comes to collections.

I need a replacement ID but they say I cannot get an ID card as I was not born in SA.

The Branches they have given me to get a replacement Green Bar Coded ID are too far out of my area. Where is a safe office close to Germiston where I can get a replacement.
