I need to get my Natis documents as I have sold my vechicle, I am out the country and not sure where my registration papers are. How do I get a copy.
I am always caller number 21 when I call and when I get to being caller number 2 the phone hangs up. I sent an email that hasn’t been responded to in a long time. I don’t think it’s fair to have these channels of online support if you are not going to help us. It really isn’t fair, imagine holding for 25+ minutes only for the phone to be cut. Imagine I’m your Dr., you wait in the queue for so long only to be cut off. Aowa. My heart aches, please take us seriously.
