What is Nivea Elastoplast Spar Competition?

Nivea Elastoplast Spar Competition 2023 is organised by Beiersdorf Consumer Products (Pty) Ltd. The Competition is open to South African citizens only. Entrants stand a chance to win a share of R5000. The winners will be selected through a random draw. The Competition is open from 1st October 2023 and ends on 31st December 2023.

Eligibility of Nivea Elastoplast Spar Competition

The Competition is open to South African citizens only and excludes the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotional agencies, any directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of the Promoter, any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition and the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, parent, child, or sibling, of any of the persons specified aforesaid.

How To Enter in the Nivea Elastoplast Spar Competition?

To enter the Competition, entrants are required to:
1. Purchase any NIVEA® or ELASTOPLAST® product from participating Spar Stores;
2. Write their name and contact number onto their till slip.
3. Place their till slip into the entry box that is in the store.

Note:
Entrants can enter as many times as they like, subject to each entry being linked to a separate purchase, which the Promotor may verify through the product specific barcode and corresponding till slip.

Prizes of Nivea Elastoplast Spar Competition

** Entrants stand a chance to win a share of R5000 (five thousand Rands) in each participating store.
** There are 3 (three) x R1000 (One Thousand Rand Only) Cash Vouchers to be won in each of the participating stores.
** There are 2 (two) x NIVEA® Hampers worth R1000 (One Thousand Rand) each to be won in each of the participating stores.

Winners Selection of Nivea Elastoplast Spar Competition

** The winners will be selected through a random draw. The draw will be conducted in a fair and unbiased manner, ensuring that each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.
** The eligible winners will be notified telephonically within 2 (two) weeks of the draw date and they will be required to verify their details and to provide their South African Identity number and/or banking details.
** The Promoter will attempt to contact an eligible winner 3 (three) times over a 72 (seventy-two) hour period on the cell phone number entered on their till slip used to enter.
** If an eligible winner cannot be contacted, the chance to win a prize will be forfeited and a backup eligible winner will be drawn, and these same terms and conditions shall apply.
** Eligible winners will have 72 (seventy two) hours from the date on which they were contacted by the Promotor, to verify their details and to provide their South African Identity number falling which; the chance to win a prize shall be forfeited and a backup eligible winner will be drawn and these same terms and conditions shall apply.
** The prizes are not exchangeable nor transferable, under any circumstances.

Competition Terms and Conditions

** The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or postpone or terminate the Competition immediately without notice.
** In the event of such change or termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents or distributors.
** Neither the Promoter not its agents, distributors, nor any of the Promoter’s directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the entrants in connection with this Competition or the use of the prizes.
** The eligible prize winners may be required to sign an indemnity. Failure to sign the indemnity shall result in the prize being forfeited.
** All risks and ownership of the prizes shall pass to the winners on transfer/delivery thereof and hence all of the Promoter’s obligations in regard to the Competition as well as in regard to the prizes shall terminate.
** The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the entrants and eligible winners for entering the Competition or in claiming any prizes, where applicable.
** All the information provided or related to this Competition shall be managed, captured and approved by the Promoter, and will not be used for any other purpose than for execution of the Competition and in line with applicable legislation.
