How To Track AZ Shop Order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the link below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

AZ Shop Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on items at no charge to you under the following conditions:
** A return is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item;
** the item/s are unopened, not damaged and in original packaging with all seals intact;
** no missing parts;
** is not an electronic or electrical item;
** not a tailored, manufactured on request or custom item.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:
** damage arising from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage of the product;
** damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
** faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
** It is an electronic or electrical item;
** damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product;
** damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
** where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

Once the item/s has been received and inspected to be in good condition we will exchange the item or refund you if you so choose, you can expect to get your refund within 4 business days.

Defective Goods:
You can exchange defective/factory default goods within a period of 30 days after delivery, free of charge provided the following criteria have been met:

** the item/s is a defective product (factory default);
** defective items can only be exchanged/repaired *No Refunds;
** the items have not been permanently fixed or installed;
** unused and Undamaged.

We will then collect the defective good/s from you and repair/replace the item/s.

Change of Heart:
We accept exchanges for wrong goods ordered and the customer has to cover the shipping fee. For an exchange, the following criteria have to be met:

** return must be requested with 10 days of purchase;
** the returned item must be unopened, unused and the packaging must be undamaged;
** the wrongly ordered item is returned at the consumer’s cost;
** any variance in the cost of goods is for the consumer’s cost/benefit;
** the consumer is liable for the cost of shipping the new item to him/herself.

Ordering the wrong item can be a costly and unpleasant exercise, so please choose carefully.

AZ Shop Received Wrong Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive something different from what you have ordered, we will collect the item from you and replace it with the correct item.

NB: We do not accept requests for refunds under these circumstances.

Goods Damaged During Transit:
All orders are insured against theft, damage, or loss during transit. In the unlikely event, one of the aforementioned should happen to your parcel/s. We will send you the new item/s as a matter of urgency, we do not accept requests for cancellations and refunds under these circumstances.

NB: Please accept the delivery if the goods are damaged as this makes the claiming process easier and we might have to ask a favor of you in submitting photos etc to us to assist us in finalizing our claim. The damaged goods will be collected from you on a different occasion.
